The exercise classes are designed to be fun, engaging and adaptable. The variety of exercises are designed to support those with long-term health conditions, and/or disabilities, to help improve physical health, mental health and wellbeing.
Benefits of regular exercise
Regular physical activity has many benefits, here’s just a few:
- Make new friends
- Help to lose weight
- Reduce your risk of falls
- Boost your mood and energy levels
- Combats health conditions and diseases
- Increase your independence by reducing slips, trips and falls

Who are the classes for?
If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry.
My classes focus on gentle exercise to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace and because of this you can make the class as hard or as easy as you want. You are only in competition with yourself!
What exercises will I be doing?
The classes offer a mixture of seated and standing exercises. Some of the classes offer resistance bands and light weights.
Seated
The chair-based exercises are great for improving mobility, core strength and posture in a very safe environment.
Standing
The standing exercises focus on balance and stability, helping to reduce your risk of fall, trips and slips.
