I offer group exercise (HIIT) training along with a series of tailored courses that cater for solo or duo participation which are targeted to focus on your specific goals and needs.
Group outdoor exercise (HIIT)

Classes are held on the quieter side of Windmill Hill, Hitchin.
Group exercise classes are designed to give you the benefits of personal training, however, at a fraction of the cost. The classes combine high intensity cardio and whole-body strength work.

How the courses work
After undertaking a free 20-minute consultation, I will ask you to complete a bio-psycho-social preparation questionnaire to help create a plan tailored to your specific goals. Then we complete the T&Cs and we can begin!

This can be completed in the comfort of your own home with weekly scheduled online consultations.
Bootcamp Package
This can be completed at your home, online, outside or in a gym.
