About me
My name is Steve and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I have completed several ultra marathons, conquered Mount Kilimanjaro and completed the UK’s Three Peaks challenge on 7 occasions! I am a member of an adult gymnastics club and I run weekly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise classes.
Training and providing nutritional advice, support and encouragement gives me a sense of purpose and achievement to help people reach their potential, be it losing weight, gaining muscle or training for a specific event.
